Error 33333 phone locked n no solution from samsung

• M using s23 n yesterday afternoon suddenly locked the phone showing error 33333  due to security reason n I visited service center they are not able to help me, n told me that you should mail the samsung, I mail samsung n call customer support but they also not able to help me,
