There's no way to prevent calls from being answered when my phone is locked. Not only it's a bad idea to let other people answer my phone when I'm not around, or even thieves, the most concerning part is that services like whatsapp and many others allow sending the 2FA code via phone calls and there's no way to block this.
This needs to be fixed, Samsung has no basic security against thieves
