Does anyone has display issue for white

My cell phone display suddenly not working, it shows up like this. And screen touch is not working at all.

I do not have that issue, but what you can try and do is restart it by holding the power button and then pressing restart (Although you did say screen touch isent working) or you can force it to by holding the volume down and power at the same time

That's what I did. This was not the first time, haha
