As the title says, the sound output on the speakers of my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra have become extremely distorted after the One UI 8.0 update and this issue hasn't been fixed with any subsequent updates. Both high (tremble) and low (base) sounds make the top and bottom speakers crackle. These phones are too expensive for this to be such a long and ongoing issue.
Yeah, I have. It was most likely a firmware/system issue as Verizon's most recent update (#39, 12/23/2025) seems to have resolved it. I'll let you guys know if the resolution is only temporary or intermittent.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
