Connection issues since update

My phone constantly drops network connection since the update. I'll have a normal connection for 2-3 minutes, then the signal strength goes to 1 bar, then I see an Emergency Calls Only or Network Unavailable or No SIM present message. I'm only able to use the phone connected to WiFi at home.

 I thought it was a carrier issue, so I changed providers from Cricket to Mint Mobile, but the problem persisted. I took the phone to a repair facility to see if there was any hardware issue causing my problem, but there wasn't one found. The only other potential culprit is the new software. I've seen quite a few others with the same issue using different carriers. I spent over $1,000 on what is essentially a landline now. I'm not happy one bit.

I am also having the same problem... Sat in my carriers store over an hour and they couldn't do a **bleep** thing.... Samsung needs to fix this **bleep** phones are too **bleep** expensive!!!

I am in NY have AT&T service and cannot get any signal at my home or in places I always have signal. I will randomly have 4G which will not let me make phone calls and my phone says EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. I’ve spoken to the carrier and done network resets, changed the physical sim to e-sim, reset the phone. Called Samsung and nothing so far. I’ve been having issue since the beginning of June. Has any solution been found yet?

same connection to wifi dropping since UI 7 update. 

This issue is posted all over the internet.

Same here.. I even tried  the esim option with T-Mobile and still have the issue (Galaxy s24 Ultra, unlocked). I'm now temporarily using a Google pixel pro xl and have not had the problem. I'm going to contact Samsung later today to see about this issue.  This is the first time this has ever happened..

I'm having issues as well. It's insane. Says I'm not in network and will connect on and off from wifi. It's driving me crazy. Has dropped a lot while I'm driving and using maps, then I'm lost. They need to fix this ASAP 🙏

Same here. Connection drops randomly every few minutes. Reception used to be awesome before security update.

It's really weird since the last update have a data connection. Issue especially when connected via sim data. It's really non professional to face such problems in our devices. Mine is S22 ultra and really think to shift to huawei devices. I'm using the Samsung since day one of my experience with phones and I think it's not reliably more. If our Internet drops down without any clear explanation

Ui 7 update immediately caused my wifi connection to drop constantly. 

Sometimes it reconnected to my modem, most times I have to tap on my settings connection to force connection..then it drops again. 

Does anyone from Samsung bother reading customer issues here??

They sure don't respond to direct inquiries. 

ONE UI 7 update is garbage, and people will be leaving Samsung behind. 

Reverse this software version, it didn't "secure " anything. 

It messed up my wifi, and installed 6 games that I have to uninstall  - IF I'm allowed to.

Hello I have a Galaxy a15 and I have US Cellular and I live in the Omaha Nebraska area and not the last update but the Date Update before that was when my phone started losing connection talking to people again I've ever had to go through my life because we have to live off of our phones we have to work off of our phones so I'm not the only one all my friends who have Galaxy Samsung phone no matter if it's an a23 825 a16 8:15 A14 whatever Samsung needs to get their s*** together and fix it now
