Have you contacted law enforcement already? If not, do that before coming here please. They have people for all of that and considering we are not involved with this case someone who is should be handling that. Good luck though, sounds scary!
I have and was told it's considered a cyber crime and I filed a report with the fbi's cyber security division. Samsung told me to mail it to them. I'm mostly wanting to know how it happened to prevent it from happening again
