Cant answer calls from Samsung galaxy S23

answer calls on your S23 with a single tap, open Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Assistant menu > Toggle this On > Replace swipe with single tap (toggle this On). After performing these steps, you should be able to answer calls with a press/tap. 👍

Thanks for the post, however this is old news. One caveat, if you don't toggle off assistant menu, it will put that dreaded assistant menu icon on your home screen that I invariably click accidentally many times per day. So, my suggestion is to toggle off assistant menu which will still leave on replace swipe with single tap.

Works for me. But the thing that doesn't work for me voice to call. Meaning when someone calls, I can answer via voice

Don't even have to go through accessibilty. Just go to the phone dialer, tap the dot menu, select settings and then select answering and ending calls and choose gesture to answer calls and select tap.

In fairness, after all these uers of using smart phones and detesting the swipe action, I only just discovered that last month while changing another setting. I don't know if it was there all along, or came with UI 7.
