Galaxy S23
I am submitting this on my tablet -- I cannot connect to the members app on my phone
My problem started with errors updating samsung apps, developed into inability to re-sign into my device or sign in to samsung members app. I have a Galaxy S9 FE tablet that has no problems with the same apps.
Tried using Samsung Help. They took me through the same troubleshooting steps I had already tried, with no success.
1. Cannot connect to Galaxy Store
2. Cannot connect to Samsung account (deleted in troubleshooting galaxy store problem)
settings >> accounts and backup >> manage accounts >>
add account >> samsung account
3. Cannot connect to samsung account in members app. I get "network error"
4. I am logged in to my samsung account in the samsung internet browser
● Cannot connect to galaxy store:
Error: "something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later."

● Cannot connect to store/update apps:
Error: "Something went wrong while connecting to the Galaxy Store. Try again later."

● Cannot re-add Samsung account to phone (tried all three login options)
settings >> accounts and backup >> manage accounts >>
add account >> samsung account >> sign in to get started
email or phone number:
Email: <username>@<domain>
Password: <password>
Error: "Something went wrong while signing you in to your account."
● Troubleshooting galaxy store connection problem:
▪︎ settings >> apps >> Galaxy store >> storage
Delete cache
Delete data
Force stop the Galaxy store app
Restart the phone
(Store fails)
Switch wifi/mobile data
(Store fails)
▪︎. Checked software
settings >> software update
▪︎. Delete and re-add Samsung account to phone
settings >> accounts and backup >> manage accounts >>
add account >> samsung account >> samsung account
Delete
Re-add Samsung account
(Fails)
▪︎ signed in remotely with QR code, from galaxy S9 tablet
(Still cannot connect to galaxy store)

Try resetting app preferences. Go to Settings > Apps > tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, and select "Reset app preferences". This will not delete any data but will reset all app preferences, which might help restore functionality.

In the end, If no procedures or steps are working to resolve this issue, then your only other option I believe is doing a factory reset of your device.
