For some reason I am unable to turn on my RCS messages. When I do it keeps giving me the response saying trying to set up RCS messages. How do I fix this?

If it's updated and showing that could be a corrupt file can try uninstall it and reinstall

Delete, then reinstall any updates. Now, turn off Wi-Fi calling, then Wi-Fi. Make sure mobile data is on, then try again.

To fix this issue with Google messages, please uninstall all updates from Google messages and then clear the cache and data from the application. Next, open Google Play store and update messages, but don't open it up, reboot your phone, then open Google messages, and it should automatically connect to the Rcs server. Also, make sure that you have updated the Google Play Services app
