Annoying pop-up for the update

I don't understand the reason behind silly decision to add forced pop-up notification that says update the phone. Ok, understandable, but why it should annoy me and pop-up when I'm on something important, or when I'm watching something... so aggressive and foolish decision.

I think its a known and common notification

No, it's different. It covers my whole phone screen. It happens 5-6 times per day. Like this in picture: https://pasteboard.co/IfhWfZsSoRjB.jpg

Known and common notification is when you get notified in notification bar, not the whole screen.

I've been user for many years as well. It wouldn't pop up like that before.  After update, it got aggressive. Logic what I'm getting here, Samsung force people on to updates on older version of the phone, so when they update for the new UI and etc, the phone gets slower and battery drainage increases.. so yeah average consumer don't understand this and they will think yes I need upgrade on the phone. It's been like this for many years as well. No denying. Now it's just more aggressive and many users will get annoyed as I'm annoyed.

This is Google wanting this! Their platform their rules.

Their platform, their rules... I understand, but why aggressive? Why ruin user's interaction? Rules that openly ruin users normal activities on their phone.

The update will automatically happen whether you want it to or not.

Ok, here is the example. I'm filling out the some documents  on my phone's application, this high priority update notification comes, covers my whole screen and exits my application that I was filling out. And now I need to start all over my application. You see the stress that you get?

I see there is going to be zero helpful information and zero impact on anything, as our "Honored Contributors" covers up Samsung's agenda so aggressively as well. Waste of my time and energy to kinda argue with them.
