Is there a system setting that automatically clears app cache? One of my frequently used apps store a lot of data in cache (over 300MB), but now it seems to get cleared daily. Because of this, I have to redownload data again and again, which wastes time and sometimes mobile data also.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is this a Samsung issue or could it be something else?
I don’t think I’ve enabled any auto cache clearing, and I’m not using any third-party cleaning apps.
You've visually confirmed loss of cache? If it's clearing daily. I'd check and compare to other Apps. If they are not losing app cache then you've effectively found a bug in your app. An could report it to the developer... I bet it's an in app issue??
