Galaxy S23It might have been a glitch caused by the time change but since the time change was at 2:00 a.m., the phone/alarm should have had plenty of time to adjust for the change. This is partially the reason it takes place at 2 a.m. instead of midnight. I recommend that the next time you have an important event that occurs on or around the time change, you set multiple alarms, one at the desired time, one an hour ahead and one an hour later. You can make a softer sound for the early alarm, so if you are not ready to wake up yet, it won't disrupt your sleep too much. You can also buy a cheap analog alarm clock at the dollar store and use it for just those occasions - that way there is no automatic time change involved to confuse the alarm.
