Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating that can be when your spen won't connect to air command! Let's try these troubleshooting steps!

Check S Pen battery: Ensure your S Pen is fully charged.
Check distance and obstructions: Make sure your S Pen is within the operational range of your phone and there are no objects blocking the signal.
Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connection issues.
Check S Pen settings: Go to your device settings, then "Advanced Features > S Pen" and verify that Air Command is enabled.
Check for software updates: Make sure your phone has the latest software updates
Remove any interfering cases or accessories: Certain phone cases might interfere with S Pen functionality.
Reset S Pen: Try resetting your S Pen by inserting it into the device and following the on-screen instructions.
Check app permissions: Ensure the Air Command app has necessary permissions like "Nearby devices" and "Physical activity

If none of these are helping the s pen connect to air command the next thing that I would suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the s pen!

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html  I do apologize for any inconvenience.
