Why does the accessibility pop up and wants me to turn some apps on and off, else they wouldn't work?

What, exactly is it telling you, and what does the pop up look like? Can you post a screenshot?

If you go into the accessibility settings and turn them off, they will only turn themselves on again and you will keep getting the notifications every time they turn themselves on.  If you just leave them on, you will not get the notifications.  You want your anti-virus to work, it needs to stay on and it needs the permission.  You want LTW to work, it turns itself on when in use and off when not, but the permission must stay.  You want your Verizon protection to work, the permission must stay (the protection apps must have this permission in order to do their job).  You are using a custom launcher, it also needs to remain on and needs the permission in order to perform its functions.

Those popups are not telling you to turn anything on.  They are letting you know that those apps have permission to completely control your phone, and you should check to make sure you want them to do that.  Those are all legitimate apps and should keep those permissions.  The way to get the pop ups to stop is to actually tap one of them, go the the accessibility settings and check, just swiping them away will not clear them. You will then only probably see a reminder every couple of months.  This is done because some people forget they gave permissions to certain apps, an they want to make sure you are aware.
