What are the triangle and meter-like icons on my top notifications?

Anyone have any idea about the 2 symbol showing in the top before the Bluetooth

The first one (triangle) is "data saver"
The second one (circle) is "processing speed"

You have both turned on.

Looks like performance mode setting and the up and down in the triangle is new to me. It could be the double download thing. If the file is big enough and you turn it on it should download the file via wifi and cellular. Believe it's called download helper.

Turn your Data Saver OFF to get rid of the one on the left but I'm not sure what the other one is for.
