After update my phone i tried to open any app and is unresponsive noting happens until I pres back is when the app opens and don't know what tod do !

Can you force reset the phone

Try this..

Go to Recovery Mode (Up Volume/Power Button at same time upon turning on phone), then select Clear Cache Partition, then scroll down to Repair Apps.

How can y unlock a phone when from att when there is an unpaid bill but the bill I isn't mine. I bought it from a friend.
