URGENT HELP

I'm abroad and my hotspot started to close itself suddenly and cannot open it. Now wifi started to do it too.

So your hotspot and WiFi aren't working properly? Do you have a foreign carrier SIM in your phone?

They are not openning at all. And yes I have both TR and US sim but TR one never did this.

Try to reset mobile network settings under settings > general management > reset.
