Pricing is up to the theme creators. Samsung does not create the themes, nor do they price them. Do you think people ought not be paid for their creative efforts? I think $3-5 is a bargain for the amount of effort that goes into creating the themes. Personally, I use the free ones, as they are good enough for me.
Oh i agree. I sell art and more but there's a limit, especially on digital art and themes for a phone. I think it's too much. I think .99 is low end. 2.50 is good but anything more than that is just asking too much and overnpricing.
