Talk to text?!

I Cannot find the talk to text option when I am actually texting.... help please!!!!!

Touch the settings button while in the text field, scroll down to voice input, choose Samsung, Google or none!
I use Ggogle

Settings button is on your keyboard, then the next time just press the microphone.

You can also just say ok, Google send a text message, Recipients name

Do you see the setting gear icon on your keyboard , if you don't see it, press the < on the left side of keyboard,
