Whenever I answer a call on my S22 Ultra, the Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids drops. I rely on Bluetooth streaming to be able to talk on the phone. Thinking it was my hearing aids, I replaced them with new ones but the problem persists. I think it was the last phone update. Can anyone help?
Same here with Samsung S22 Ultra... Since the last update, when I use the bluetooth connection and receive a call, the person calling me hears me very distorted or not at all. The problem I have is when I use a bluetooth connection and want to make/receive calls on the galaxy watch ultra, car, headphones...
I have the same issue with my s22 ultra.. the phone has been through a repair depot and eventually back to samsung, neither could find a fault.
If I watch the bluetooth connection as a call comes in, it drops the bluetooth connection at the point where the call is asnwered. If I'm lucky, it restores it maybe 20 seconds later... I'm still pursuing it with samsung.
While the phone was away, I used my old S7edge and everything worked fine with the hearing aids. (phonak)
