Galaxy S22To access quick settings, you can either
a) open the notification panel and swipe left
OR
b) swipe down from the top right corner (where the battery/signal icons are.)
To restore the legacy behavior, open quick settings > tap the pencil icon > Panel Settings > Together

Galaxy S22If you're so inclined, you can use the QuickStar module in Good Lock to keep the split but adjust the ratio. I have mine set roughly to the right half pulling down the quick panel and the left half pulling down notifications. Pulling down anywhere other than from the top still pulls down notifications as well.
