Are you in a location where you used this phone? Stay calm, and wait it out like an hour. Maybe someone will chime in. I know using a website on another device you can see your account but wait until someone else with knowledge replies. Stay calm it's just a phone, your life matters more than a phone.

Can from what phone? Are you sure you have the correct number? How are you placing calls with that screen? Did you happen to have find my or find my hub location on. Tell me what you were doing last app activity. If you don't mind.

I read if you reset your phone this will occur where it prompts you for the recovery code....i would wait as this could create a data breach I'm assuming this. Let's see if anyone will respond who knows.

How do you forget a PIN that you had to use every single day to unlock your phone?  In any case, if you don't know the PIN and didn't write it down anywhere, I'm afraid you are out of luck and whatever you have encrypted in your account is lost until you remember it.  This is a security measure for your protection.  If anyone could bypass it, it wouldn't be very secure, would it? Did you tap the link at the bottom that says "trouble unlocking?

By the way, you can no longer remotely unlock your phone, and you cannot change the PIN unless you know the old PIN.  You can add a supplemental PIN to lock it down if lost or stolen in case you either never had it secured in the first place, or it might have been taken by someone who knows the PIN you have on it.
