Samsung galaxy s22 ultra cellphone from tmobile

Recently after an phone system update I ran out of storage and couldn't update my apps or download them again due to low storage. I went to a Tmobile main store and the guy told me that the phones don't use sim cards. He removed the sim card and threw it away. I had an old sim card from Samsung as a thank you for buying the phone. It has 245gb. Can and will it work on my phone now? Do I need any sim card in my phone for it to work right? How can you get unlimited memory for my phone to?

If you have a Galaxy S22 Ultra, you'll need a SIM card, but you can get phone service using an eSIM card that doesn't require activation. This partly depends on your data plan and carrier

Thanks. I shows that Ionehave one or two esims. It should work then without a sim card? I also started getting dropped calls to so is it because the sim card is gone? Can it be replaced for free since it was one of their employees that did it? Do I have to go to the store again or can it be setup already for my phone and Mailed to me for free?

Contact the store manager about the employee if you're using esim than a Sim card wouldn't be required but would have as backup

Far as a esim go, you need to call them and they can have you pick one up from the store since they took it out at no cost to you

Yes, i just dropped in my Galaxy S10 VZW sim card into unlocked S22 and it worked. Although its not 5g sim or phone (the s10) service is working like normal. Ill deal with getting 5G plan and sim card for that later.
