Samsung S22 Ultra, No Cell Signal

I live in an area with no cell signal, but when I get into cell signal, I have cell for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then it drops, have to either restart phone, turn airplane mode on then off or mobile off then back on and I have cell again for another 20 minutes then I dont anymore. Been to cell provider, two new sim cards, 1 esim card, called Samsung, and no help from any of them. Was told I could take to a walk in service center (closest is about 6 hrs away) or mail it in at my cost and be without a phone for 12 days. This is the second Samsung s22 Ultra that's doing it. Anyone else have same issue???

If you don't have any cellphone towers near you that's a big issue, you will have to use your cellphone account to Google things, there's no other way I know of, what internet provider are you using?

Re read my post. When I am in cell signal I have signal for a little bit then I lose it completely. And have to do 1 of the 3 things I mentioned to get it back

I would call you're internet provider it's not Samsung fault 🙏

There's a known issue with the antennas on the S22 Ultra. As it's now a 4 year-old model, the only thing you can do is have the device evaluated at an authorized service center. Here's how to find one near you:

My first one it did it day 1 when I bought in 2022....I'll see what I can do, thanks

Antenna failure is a known issue specific to the S22U. Unfortunately you will need to either make the trek to your closest service center or mail the device off for service.

If you can, buy a really cheap burner phone to keep as a backup so you have something to use while your phone is at "camp".  Always have a backup device in case of emergency, even if it means keeping an old device instead of trading it in.

Yes! Mine will not stay connected! My Bluetooth has now quit. Biggest issue tho is the no network connection. They have called AT&T so many times the past couple months I have messaged on Samsung I have been into several different to the store several different times... I had a physical sim took it out put a niece him in took it out put a physical sim in still not working... Apparently my phone had more than one sim in it.. I tried to do the debugging that they said to do for my Bluetooth can't do it Network won't system won't let it❤
