Galaxy S22Hello MegnDoz, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand how frustrating it can be when your device is constantly freezing and restarting. When you performed your factory data reset did you back up your device or started fresh? I would suggest you perform a factory data reset without loading up your back-up data to your device to verify that it is not a third party app causing the issue. You can always load your latest back up to your device after testing the device to see if the issue is resolve. If your device is still freezing and restarting after the reset and not loading your back then I would recommend that you contact a certified service technician: Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.
