Galaxy S22The Bluetooth connection when streaming to my hearing aids works fine, but when making phone calls, the Bluetooth connection is disconnected after 1-3 seconds. If I try to establish the connection during the call, the message appears: connection cannot be established. The error occurred 14 days ago, and I have not installed any new apps. After resetting to factory settings, the connection works correctly, but when I download my saved apps from the cloud, the error is back. Please, help!

Galaxy S22It sounds like one of your apps is incompatible with the updated phone OS. You may be able to test this by launching in safe mode to disabled third-party apps temporarily. The cleanest solution from there would be another factory reset followed by reinstalling your apps one at a time and testing after each to identify the incompatible one. Hopefully it will get updated soon, and the developer could benefit from your feedback on it. Modern companies in general are eager to ensure their software does not create accessibility issues. Please post back if you're able to identify the offending app.

Galaxy S22I don't understand your question. The connection is made by pairing and I get the message "Connected for calls and audio". Despite that, the connection is interrupted as mentioned during phone calls.

Galaxy S22What hearing aids do you use? My Oticon Intent hearing aids only work by connecting them through the Oticon Connect app and keeping that app running in the background. Do you also have Hearing Aid Support enabled in Accessibility settings?

Galaxy S22I have Phonak hearing aids.
No, I don't have Hearing Aid Support enabled in Accessibility settings and never have โ and it worked fine until a few days ago.

Galaxy S22We had the same hearing aid disconnect with phone calls.
My wife had an S22+ and I had a S22 Ultra. Her hearing aids would not work with either of our phones nor with any of the Samsung phones at that people at the hearing place had.
After fighting this battle for about 4 months, and with two different hearing places calling the hearing aid manufacturers, who all said that they are getting many calls from Samsung phone users about this problem ... and it is a big problem ... the hearing aid manufacturers said that it is not with their apps (no bluetooth updates had been made), the hearing aids (no bluetooth updates had been made) ... we finally had to change to an iPhone for my wife's phone to get her hearing aids to connected, and stay connected, to her phone.
If the problem was with the hearing aids or the hearing aid apps, bluetooth, then they would not work with the iPhone bluetooth either.
Samsung somehow, I have no idea how, **bleep** up their bluetooth and the problems began for many, many, many hear aid users.
By the way ... my wife HATES her iPhone, but unless Samsung can get their act together and make ... and keep ... their bluetooth working with hearing aids, we will apparently be left in iPhone **bleep**.

Galaxy S22Another suggestion from my favorite audiologist. Unpair the hearing aids in Bluetooth (there should be three connections so unpair all) and uninstall the My Phonak app, restart the phone, turn BT off and on and the hearing aids off and on, then pair R-Phonak to pair just the right aid, then install the My Phonak app again. Change the option for connection to Always instead of just while using the app.
