I have a foreign purchased S22 Ultra (SM-S908U1), but have no 5G support anymore in China (both China Mobile and China Unicom) after One UI 6.1 update.
I mean okay this might sound a little weird but under the sim manager have you turning off the sim and then back on to have the phone restart and switch and see if that fixes the problem
