Hi, since I updated my phone to one ui 7, it keeps getting lag and has notifications like "Process system not respond" or "System UI not respond". Then it freezes and turns off by itself. I have to reboot it by pressing the power button down and then the power button, then it will reboot and turn back on, but I have to wait for a couple minutes before I do that, if not, it will just have the samsung galaxy logo turn on, then it turns off again. Already tried to clear the Cache thing, but it's not working. please help thank you
It's not working. It even shuts down while I try to factory reset and doesn't turn on at all. I have to reboot it, and it keeps shutting down when I try to restore the data. But thank you for your suggestion.
