Random vibration after IU7 update

My s22 ultra(unlocked ATT carrier) just got the iu7 update a few days ago and ever since my phone has been lagging, touch screen doesnt respond sometimes, random vibration when not touching screen, keyboard lags, just overall functioning of my phone has completely changed... Anyone else with this issue or know a fix for it?

I know it seems like a lot to you. As your storage fills up the phone slows down.

Go through your largest apps and clear cache.

Another problem some of the newer apps are RAM intensive. You only have 8gb on your device. You need to continuously clear RAM

I will give this a shot... Ive gone through and deleted every single app i dont use .. ive gone through all my photos and removed unnecessary ones... I am a very heavy user so i know i have apps that are probably large in size....
I just cant deal with the lagging and everything else i mentioned...

If you don't want it to lag and you know you are a heavy user I hope my suggestions can help you out too. I am a heavy user myself and I never go for less than 512 internal or external if my device takes an SD card

How do i find the largest apps to clear the cache?

They would be, email, social media, web Bowers, anything you use all the time.

Went through all large apps, deleted old files, audio, deleted apps,etc... storage only went down to 74.4gb of 128gb....
It's still acting up... Am i going to have to do a factory reset?

It could just be a RAM problem.

Try RAM plus first, see if that helps.

It is in device care.

Ram plus is active and aet on 8gb.. the maximum i have for an option
