PULL DOWN MENU ISSUE Nov 2025 update

Why can't I access the pull down menu while I'm in an app since the recent update? I can now only do it from my home screen and it's so annoying! Is there any way to change it back please?

I just confirmed that the quick launch and notification shades are still working as expected for me on my S22 updated through the November patch. I even tested this on a full-screen app and the first swipe revealed the top bar, with successive swipes pulling down the desired menu. I will add that I have used the QuickStar module in Good Lock to adjust the split ratio, but I also tested with QuickStar turned off. Perhaps enabling this module could make a difference. Is this occurring for you with all apps, only full-screen apps, or only specific apps?

Seems like none of us know what QuickStar is... Please advise. 

I just don't understand how something so standard has become a bug in this Android update now.

Sorry about that. Good Lock is a set of UI modification tools created by Samsung developers and available in the Galaxy Store. Once installed, there are separate modules available for different tweaks. QuickStar module includes changes to the quick launch tower at the top of the phone, including moving the clock to the right side (my preference) and adjusting the split ratio for pulling down the two parts of the top bar.

Thanks for that. I tried using it and unfortunately it didn't work, just made my quick panel look pretty lol 

To answer your previous question it is not working for any of my apps. For example, if I swipe from the top in Chrome it minimizes the active browser window. If I open calendar and swipe from the top, it refreshes/syncs. Other apps nothing seems to happen when I swipe down. The home screen is the only way I can access quick panel now.

What is quick star module?Does the s twenty three have it?
Why do they make us as twenty three?Have to pull down twice to get to that page where location airplane mode et cetera is on?
