The latest one ui update is not showing on my Samsung S22, currently only one ui 5.1 is available. what's the problem.

Who is your carrier?

Are you in the US?

In order to diagnose your problem, we need a couple of things, your carrier and most important a screenshot of your Service provider software that can be found in about phone in the software section. Post a screenshot of that page.

To do this, go to settings, about phone, software, scroll down to service provider software and take a screenshot and upload it here by pressing the reply button and tapping on the + to upload that screenshot. It will look like the screenshot I have provided1761589744904.jpg

Sorry I'm new to this, also i purchased it unlocked- I'm with the carrier service called Visible by Verizon.

It is not an Unlocked Model from Samsung. Your phone was A Verizon phone and that is why it will not update. You need to go to a Samsung authorized service center to have them flash the proper software to the phone.
