Galaxy S22Check your accessibility settings and make sure "reduce animations" isn't enabled in the vision enhancements section. That could be what's slowing down your animations. Or something else could be interfering with them. I don't have developer options on, and my notifications swipe away at normal speed. I don't know what you consider slow or fast, so I don't know if your swipe speed is normal or not. I also do not have an S22 or OneUI7 yet.

Galaxy S22Well, I have not tried the new feature yet, but I do have developer mode on my phone. However, I use Samsung Pay exclusively on my watch, so it would not be affected by anything having to do with developer mode. My sister uses Samsung Pay on her phone, and recently had to turn developer options on for the animations for a specific app, and she has not had a problem using Samsung Pay on her phone for normal payments. I don't see why it should be any different for Tap to Pay. Is the error message you get specifically saying "turn developer options off to use this feature", or some such wording? Seems odd that having developer options on would not affect any of my other banking applications or Samsung Pay itself, but draws the line at Tap to Pay. You should put in an error report.
I'd also like to add that she originally had turned all animations off in developer options and then turned developer options off and her animations stayed off. When she had to turn the animations back on, she re-enabled developer options, turned on the animation factor required. So far, she had not turned the developer options back off and, as I said, has no problem using Samsung Pay. I had turned developer options on when I wanted to change the USB function settings. After I changed that setting, I had turned it off, but the setting remained as I set it. Which is why I figured that whatever settings you set in developer options stay even when you turn it back off.
