How to convert SM-S901U to SM-S901B/E/N

When i search for PKD csc ( Pakistan ) for my SM-S901U/DS, there're no pkd csc for for my firmware. But the csc is available for SM-S901B or E/N variant. I want to flash the other vareint firmware. Is that possible or safe to flash?

Yes it can be done and it's safe, go to one of the Samsung service center partners, ubreakifix and explain your need to do this it will cost some money.
