Galaxy S22Hi everyone,
After the latest update my Galaxy S22 Ultra completely stopped charging. It doesn’t charge either by cable or wireless.
When the phone is on, it shows a charging error related to temperature.
When the phone is off and I plug it in, a strange symbol appears that I couldn’t find documented anywhere.
Things I already tried:
Wipe cache partition
Factory reset
Unfortunately, the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Galaxy S22I understand the message is about overheating, but that’s not the real issue.
Even if I power off the phone and let it cool down for hours, when I try to charge it again the exact same error appears immediately — even if the phone is completely cold. The error also shows up right after turning the phone back on.
So this is not a temporary overheating situation, it seems to be a permanent problem that started only after the last update.
