Galaxy S22Hello, I am trying to swap my wife over to my old S22 Ultra, and when i went to set it up for her after the factory reset, the phone now is set up with SAMSUNG ADMIN and is saying it's owned by a organization. but it was never a company phone. i bought it right from either Samsung or Amazon unlocked and never had this admin mode for it. How can i remove it so that i can set it up for my wife?
Thank you.

Galaxy S22Understanding Device Admin Apps
* Device admin apps have elevated permissions, which can include things like enforcing password policies, remotely wiping data, or controlling certain device features.
* These permissions are often used by:
* Corporate email or device management apps.
* Security or anti-theft apps.
* Some parental control apps.
How to Disable Device Admin Apps:
The following general steps should help, but slight variations might exist depending on your specific Samsung phone model and Android version:
* Open Settings:
* Go to your phone's "Settings" app.
* Navigate to Security and Privacy:
* Look for options like "Security," "Security and privacy," or "Biometrics and security."
* Find Device Admin Apps:
* Within the security settings, you should find an option labeled "Device admin apps." In some cases it may be within a "more security settings" sub menu.
* Deactivate Admin Privileges:
* You'll see a list of apps that have device admin privileges.
* Tap on the app you want to remove admin privileges from.
* You should see an option to "Deactivate" or "Disable." Tap on it.
* You may be prompted to enter your phones pin or password.
* Confirm Deactivation:
* Confirm the deactivation when prompted.
Important Notes:
* Be cautious when disabling device admin apps. If your phone is managed by your workplace, disabling certain apps might violate company policies.
* If you're unsure about an app, it's best to research it before disabling its admin privileges.
* If your phone is managed by a company, and you are having issues removing the admin rights, you will need to contact your companies IT department.
I hope this helps!

Galaxy S22this did not help. the only apps listed in Device Admin Apps are Enrollment Service, Find My Device, Link to Windows, and SAMSUNG ADMIN. both the Enrollment service and SAMSUNG ADMIN are the only apps toggled on, but i can not deactivate either of them.

Galaxy S22again, i can not disable any of the active administrator apps, the disable words are grayed out. and i should've stated this, that i do not work for this Numero LLC, or any company that could be with them. and aside from the Company Portal app listed in the application list in the settings, none of the other apps you listed are there, and i can not do anything to the Company Portal app. it is not even showing up in the app drawer from the home page. i'll have to try to reach out to either Samsung or this Numero to see if they can help.
Thanks for everything though, i do appreciate it.
