Does Private Share work on Samsung phones?

Does anyone know if private share work on Samsung phones. It shows that I don't have any contact on my contact list which is false.

When I press on + to add a contact it tells me that person is not on the contact list, which it's wrong because I do have the person on my contact list. Nothing pops up when I go to the icon +

Hello, We understand using Private Share may be challenging. This link provides a lot of helpful information for using the feature. https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-s21-private-share/ (The steps will be the same for the S22.)

Once you open Private Share and select the file you want to share, it asks you to add a recipient. Below where it says "No active connections", there is a section that says "Select from contacts". Touching on this option will bring up a list of your contacts.

To select a contact, they must be saved on your SIM card.
