Certain apps not loading after recent update

Has anybody else noticed that? Since our phones did a recent upgrade pages of certain apps don't load all the way just asking, because I don't know what's causing this. I'm having problem with my Huntington bank app. It tells me I need to request a verification code to log in and it it won't open up all the way, all right?  Nothing comes on the page where it says verification code. I'm very frustrated with this. Anybody has any ideas how I can fix it? I'd appreciate it, thanks.

You can potentially alleviate issues post-update by completing these steps for routine maintenence:

In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth.

☆ Use Samsung’s Good Guardians

Download Good Guardians and run its various modules. These modules optimize performance and can identify unusual behavior.

App Booster re-optimizes your apps. This should be run after an update.

Memory Guardian helps clear up device memory and boost performance.

If the issue persists, it may be an issue with the specific app rather than with your device. Make sure the app is up to date. Go to Settings > Apps > Desired app > storage > clear cache. If that doesn't help, clear data. If that doesn't help, uninstall/reinstall.

If none of these steps correct your problem, send an error report to the app developer (developer contact info available in Play Store Listing) to make them aware of the issue.

Have you cleared the phone's cache partition after the update?  About 80% of issues like this can be solved with a cache wipe.

Uninstall the app and reinstall again should fix problems

They are not going to uninstall and reinstall all their apps - it's impractical.  They gave the one app as an example and said it was happening with most apps.

My themepark app will not let me select the last 3 pages of customizing and my volume bar i tried to change the color of the panel to black but it is an ugly gray color i tried to change it with theme park and then with sound assistant nothing will change it even though the apps show it set to black

Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread, or search for a related thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button (if using a computer) or the blue pencil (if using the app) , choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster, and may prevent them and you from getting the assistance needed.
