Calls route to voicemail when I am on a call

When I'm talking no other calls come in. Goes to voicemail. Why?

@Sonyrom That is normal. What would you expect it to do? 

Do you have call waiting enabled on your line? If so, you should get notification of another call coming in, but the call will still go to voicemail if you don't switch to it.

Been that way for many years

Call get mute while on live call do any one know the reason
Have to unmute all the time while on ear 👂 or on speaker :speaker_high_volume:

Please assist with setting
