Galaxy S22The Bluetooth connection when streaming to my hearing aids works fine, but when making phone calls, the Bluetooth connection is disconnected after 1-3 seconds. If I try to establish the connection during the call, the message appears: connection cannot be established. The error occurred 14 days ago, and I have not installed any new apps. After resetting to factory settings, the connection works correctly, but when I download my saved apps from the cloud, the error is back. Please, help!

Galaxy S22, both had Phonak hearing aids on an S22+ phones. The last Phonak update and s22+ update caused the same problems with both phones.
We updated to S25+ phones. Everything seemed fine until I reset my custom ringtone to what was on my old phone. Now my calls ring through the phone, but talk through the hearing aids. Try uninstalling the phonak app to see if you can connect for calls, and then re-install free app. Still trying to figure it out. Good luck!

Galaxy S22I've tried what you suggested, but to no avail. I guess I'll have to buy a new phone.

Galaxy S22Something unexpected happened. My problem has disappeared. As of yesterday everything is working normally again. I haven't done anything, but suddenly everything is back to the way it was before the problem occurred.
