I've heard before that software updates could cause drainage.
Is any app or service using up the batt.? You should check that.

I have the S22 plus I heard the battery on this device was good. Mine drains fast as soon as I take it off the charger. It from from :hundred_points: percent to 89 percent in a matter of 10 seconds. It even Dr as ins when the phone is not being used. It is so bad it drains just sitting, not being used. Does samsung do battery replacement

I would try clearing the "cache partition" on your device. Clearing the cache partition can help resolve any performance or battery issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.

Wiping the cache partition IS safe and won't remove your settings or app files.

Follow the steps below,

Clear the cache partition
- Shut the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device. Recovery-Mode-on-Samsung-Phone_1000000612_1728437754.jpg
