Auto Restart Issue

For the past two weeks or so I noticed that my auto restart is not working. I have moved the day and time for it to trigger and restart several times but to no avail. It's not restarting for the scheduled times at all. I have both the auto and restart as needed option on and nothing. Any advice on resolve? Thank you...

I guess so, it's the auto restart options under the device care section in settings

Auto restart when needed not sure it's needed weekly but after you do a update or uninstall things or delete be good for that

Okay, so are you saying I should just do the "restart when needed" option and turn the scheduled restart option off?

Thar would be my advice unless you do alit of changes adding apps etc but general use you be fine with as needed

Got it...Also, i know that restart only happens when a person is not using their phone. Does this also apply if you have something that runs in the background? I have a sleeping app that monitors my sleep stats over night automatically, so would this cause for the restart not to happen?

just saw that the sleep app shouldn't be affected at all with restart seems be fine
