After coming out of Lockdown mode have to restart for notifications to appear?

I use the Lockdown option alot but after the last update, when I take it out of lockdown, I have to restart because my notifications won't appear. Anyone else with this issue?

Dont need to restart.. just unlock secure folder you'll get notifications.. its a bug for sure.. had reported in the beta software but no resolution till now
