Trouble submitting error report

Every time I try to submit error report, they tell me to recreate the issue and resend with error logs etc.

Well, when you click on error report, this popup appears. Well which dang app are you telling me to change, cos clicking on settings opens this.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the confusion of which app to turn off the background usage limits for. In order to submit an error report, the background usage limit would have to be turned off for the Samsung Members app.
