Not able to post from gallery photos while in Facebook

I can't post from gallery photos while in Facebook. All that I access is screenshots. So stumped. Help please

Try clearing you gallery app's cache: open device settings (cogwheel icon)>apps>gallery>storage>clear cache>followed by a soft reset (power phone off, wait a few seconds, power phone back on). See if that helps. If it doesn't try the same steps for the Facebook app.
