My phone has never get software update S21 ultra 5G G998B

Hello! 

Im using Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G G998B since 2 years and this phone has never get software update, everytime I check its showing your software is up to date! I've tried to reset and delete all my data but the phone still on the old factory software!! Have you experience this issue before?

How do you get the phone? Do you buy it totally New, or get it by someone else

Take it to Samsung Authorized service center and have them flash your phone up. If your phone is rooted no updates will happen for your phone.

Is the phone from a different country? Is the phone from a different carrier (Or on Wi-Fi?)
