Hello,
I am trying to link Libre 3 plus sensor to work with on my S21 ultra. After logging in to the app, when I am scanning the sensor, the scan button doesn't appear on.

I had already spoken to the Abbott company that makes Libre sensor, they did not claim this as an issue as under their software it seems to be working. Upon checking the compatibility, the app confirms the app on the phone is compatible. It also requires an NFC which I verified being on. Any help you can confirm, would be appreciated

I have the S24 ULtra but also run Libre 3 application like yourself. The only time you scan your sensor is at the very beginning of the 15 days, right whenever you are "Setting up new sensor. " Once it scans it, it will then display onscreen that you have to wait 60 minutes prior to the phone being ready to run the blood sugar levels consistently without having to scan the sensor if you want a reading like the old Libre 2 app. Did all this happen or are you at the beginning and already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, checking the permission settings for the app making sure no permission is denied? Let me know!! šŸ˜Š
