(Edit: Broken Port) Unable to transfer data to computer via USB.

Edit: Took it to a repair shop and the port needs to be replaced. Looks like it was hardware issue and not a software issue.

I have an S21-5G (SM-G991U REV1.0) that I cannot connect to my PC via a USB-C cable. The phone accepts a charge through the cable and I verified the cable provides power and data with another Galaxy phone. The same applies when trying to connect via USB with AndriodAuto.

I have Developer options enabled with the Default USB configuration set to "Transferring files". 

I am unsure how to solve this issue as I have tried everything I've seen online without Factory Resetting my device.

Both ports are USB-C for Phone to PC and C to A (3.0) for Phone to Car

This. It was made auto enabled randomly by Samsung last update I got but it's been around for a year or so
