Bluetooth Not Working after One UI 7

Since the update devices cannot connect to my S21 Ultra. I have to unpair the device,  restart my phone and try to pair multiple times before it works just that once. 

I have to repeat this any time I want to connect to that device daily. 

I've read some issues with WhatsApp, but I do not have that app on my phone.

I just now tried the steps suggested at this link and have had some partial success:

Time will tell if it is a "permanent solution" or not. But really, having to put the phone into Developer Mode and then enable an obscure Bluetooth: Force SAP On feature is crazy. I'm glad it appears to be working (so far) but Samsung really needs to do better, especially in their QA process before releasing this **bleep**.

I am having the same issues. S22 ultra, galaxy buds pro & pro2, watch 6 classic. The only thing that had no issue was the bluetooth FM tuner I use to connect audio to my old truck. Also, got my Sony xb12 speaker to connect somehow. Nothing Samsung will connect with my phone.
I really wish samsung would acknowledge this issue.

It so frustrating that this many people are having problems and Samsung does not seem to admit they pushed a bad update, almost like it was intentional. I am telling everyone if you update you will probably have to buy a new phone. Has anyone tried the Google phone? Every one of my Samsung products is not working properly.

If you're having Bluetooth issues on the Galaxy S21 Ultra, here's what worked for me:

Go to Developer Options > Bluetooth SAP activation and select "Turn on SAP by force."

After that, Bluetooth started working normally again and I was able to pair with my watch and my car.

I tried that and it seemed to work for about 1 day. Now I am having the same problems again, except that if I restart the phone I am able to connect normally with most of my devices. But that only lasts for 1 day and then I need to restart the phone once again.

Well, toggled it on, and instantly was able to connect watch that wasnt connecting all day...

Will keep an eye on it, but thanks in advance
