Galaxy S21Since the update devices cannot connect to my S21 Ultra. I have to unpair the device, restart my phone and try to pair multiple times before it works just that once.
I have to repeat this any time I want to connect to that device daily.
I've read some issues with WhatsApp, but I do not have that app on my phone.

Galaxy S21Hello
Same issues on my S23 Ultra and UI7
Temporary solution: I go to the developer options, turn SAP Bluetooth off, then on, and I can reconnect to my Huawei smart scale.
While waiting for a real fix, I haven't found anything better.

Galaxy S21I am trying to connect just the bluethod of my car. My old S21 witthout One UI 7 still working and connected, with my new S25, I cannot, I manage to identify that the underligh bluethood process in both system are different. It seems that they are not the same in anyway. There is in deep a malfuntion on the new system because of the underline process responsable for bluethood. This connectivity issue happen with some devices, not with all.
The best that I manage to identify, is that the car's bluethood is overloaded and restart automatically, this broke the connectivity. There is something in the new One UI7 bluethood process that overload the other device and make it restart it, hence the connection is disrupted.

Galaxy S21I have the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21+
Bluetooth will not stay on since the update. I can occasionally pair my Bose headphones, but only for a couple of minutes before Bluetooth turns itself off (had previously worked for YEARS)
Mostly Bluetooth will not turn on at all, and the option to clear data and cache are greyed out.
I've tried all of the suggested options.
Diagnostic tests intermittently work and fail.
Has anyone managed to resolve this?
