Galaxy S Phones
hey. So my samsung galaxy s23 ultra and samsung galaxy tab s9fe5g have both been having the same error with the my files app. I try to move files to a nother folder wether it be to google drive or on a flash drive and it always says couldn't move files. Does any one know a fix for that? It's been going on for atleast 2 months now and I'm a music producer and so moving files to external sorces is kind of needed.

Galaxy S PhonesHow are you trying to move them? Cut & Paste or through the move function?

Have you tried copying to the new lication and then deleting the old? Are you trying to move too many at once?

I don't know, but maybe try moving like 5 at a time. If you have thousands of photos, that may take a while, but if it eorks, increase the number until failure. Could also drpend on the file sizes of the batch you are trying to move. If they are all hi res, the file size would be bigger. And if the batch you are moving exceed the space on your flash drive, you would get an error.
